1872 Brick Farmhouse Rental

ucked away on the second floor of the farmhouse is the Stable Noir, a 460 square foot room we originally conceived as a bed and breakfast suite that we intended to rent with the venue.
But as life has it, plans changed and then they changed again. Now instead of just renting the room, we are able to rent the entire house out to wedding couples and at times to the general public.
We still occupy the house during the off season but are excited to make this special space available to guests certain months of the year.
Here is a brief description of the house. On the main floor there is a mudroom, pantry, kitchen, full bath, laundry room, living room, dining room and bedroom with a queen size bed. On the second floor there is a family room with sofa and projector, closet with games, bedroom with full size bed and Roku tv, and the grand suite, the Stable Noir- which includes a California King size bed, massage table, cast iron claw foot tub, half bath, and 2 reading chairs.
Every design element has been carefully considered in order to create a room that is a feast for the senses. There are different paths to engage the senses and ours leans minimalist, utilizing an organic rustic feel contrasted with modern Scandinavian design elements. Plentiful morning light gives the room warmth because of its larger windows on the East, but the room dips into darkness in the evening hours with smaller western windows. Dimmable sconces reach their full potential as they play off of varying wood tones and eventually die back into the black walls. The objects in the room are also tactile and sensory driven. Omitted is the primary sensory killer, a TV. We understand televisions are near universal, but we want to honor those folks who are seeking something different in this space.
A single night rental is $300. If you are a couple renting the venue, you have the option to rent the farmhouse your day and if you opt to forgo this, it will remain vacant during your big day. For couples renting the venue on Fridays, you can opt to rent the house either Thursday or Friday or both of those days. Saturday couples can rent the venue Saturday, but our apologies, we are not renting the house on Sundays because we need the time to catch up on our rest!
Here is a list of the available rental dates and check in and check out times:
Monday-Wednesday nights the house is open to the public! Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am.
Thursday check-in 3pm with an 11am check-out on Friday.
Friday check in is 11am and check out is 10am on Saturday.
Saturday check in is 1pm, and check out is noon on Sunday.
Sorry, no Sunday rentals.
